Pues bien, he creado esta plataforma para todos aquellos amantes de la buena musica potente como se caracterizan estos géneros y subgéneros.
Solo apto para los amantes de los bestiales breakdowns , solos impresionantes de guitarra , doble bombo brutal , y voces no aptas para cardíacos

Math Metal.
Lo que más identifica a este seudo-subgénero son los riffs polirítmicos, compases poco usuales e irregulares.
El Math metal es solo una definición dada por los fans, a las bandas que tocan de manera muy técnica y compleja. Ya que las bandas (ejemplo, Meshuggah) no aceptan o consideran aun el Math metal como un subgénero tal, no así se consideran solamente Metal progresivo con variantes poco comunes en los compases, añadiendo experimentación en un género estancado.
Muchas de estas bandas evolucionaron del Thrash y/o el Death Metal, pasando a llamarse Post-Thrash y/o Post-Death Metal correspondientemente.
Pero aun así, se podría decir que es un derivado del Math-rock combinado con la potencia extrema del Metal.

Numerito por favor. Y aquí unos cuantos aportes para la lista:

Son canadienses, tienen 4 discos a cual mejor. La voz del tío es muy característica, nunca había escuchado una parecida... El único problema es que al vivir al otro lado del charco y no ser un grupo muy conocido no hacen muchos conciertos en europa.

Son canciones del último disco de Blind Gurdian. Es más bien power metal pero suena muy bien.

Death Angel lleva dando caña desde 1982, tuvieron un accidente muy grave en el desierto de Arizona en 1990 y después de recuperarse se separaron pero volvieron a juntarse en 2001. Sacaron disco el año pasado y éste año están de gira presentándolo.

Yo iré a ver a Children of Bodom, Death Angel y Blind gurdian en abril a Bulgaria aprovechando que estaré 2 meses por allí. Ya os contaré qué tal cuando vuelva.
