Siempre me resulta gracioso ver como pillan las revistas japos los primeros prototipos de los coches de Toyota, todos con cartón tapandolos  En este, aparte de los espejos retrovisores, que son sencillos de ver , creo ver la nueva parrilla de Lexus, vamos, que se hace hermano de los nuevos modelosNo seria mas bien para 2016? No se, no controlo los tiempos de este coche

Pues se ve alguna que otra cosa: - faros parece que saltones, en una posición mas alta - capó motor mas recto, acabando mas alto al unirse a la parrilla - parrilla mas integrada y grande, al estilo de los nuevos productos - antinieblas en la misma posición que el actual - la 1ª ventanilla de las puertas delanteras parecen algo mas grandes - espejos retrovisores diferentes, con una inclinación que no tienen ahora, que son rectos |

Más información de un usuario de Club-Lexus que habló con alguien que trabaja en Lexus: 1 - Very large spindle grill on the front (typical Lexus then lol)
2 - LED headlights similiar to the RC-F and NX 3 - Standard 20" alloys ( these will be on F Sport models and higher spec versions) 4 - A lot bigger than the current RX but still ONLY a 5 seater 5 - Interior has been vastly improved, its an uber luxurious place to be! 6 - It does NOT blend into the background, very distinctive. Apparently the C pillar is the most distinctive element and he hasnt seen anything like it before 7 - Standard 12.3" widescreen across the range 8 - Not as edgy overall as the NX but it makes an X5 look pedestrian (his words not mine) 9 - Engines are the current 3.5l V6 hybrid with a few tweaks (not sure what though but expect greater economy and about 315hp) and 2.0 turbo four cylinder (he thinks its going to push out 245hp approx) 10 - Car is bigger but the use of aluminium in the body means it wont weigh much more than the current RX |

2016 Lexus RX slated for a Detroit debut Should be larger than its predecessor
Lexus has already announced plans to introduce an all-new F model at the North American International Auto Show but a new report is indicating it will be joined by the redesigned RX. Little is known about the model but executives have previously suggested the RX will grow in size to help distance itself from the NX. There has also been rumors about the addition of a third of seats but nothing is official as of yet. Specifications are shrouded in secrecy but engines options are expected to carryover. However, the six-speed automatic gearbox will likely be replaced by an eight-speed transmission. |

Decían que estaba confirmado para Detroit pero ahora rectifican y dicen que saldrá en Nueva York. The RX 350 is expected to be larger, a strategy that will separate it in terms of size and price from the recently introduced 2015 Lexus NX 200t SUV, which shares a platform with the smaller Toyota RAV4.
Car shoppers should expect the redesigned RX 350 to use an extensive amount of lightweight materials to boost fuel economy. It will continue to share a platform with the Toyota Camry and Toyota Avalon, industry sources said. The RX 350 may be stretched a bit to accommodate a third-row seat, but Lexus has not confirmed whether seven-passenger seating will be offered. The model has been a five-seater since its inception in 1998. |

Mas renders:  Y mas fuentes confirmar el debut del RX en el Auto Show de Nueva York: motoring.com.au has also learned the next-generation RX crossover will be revealed at the New York show in April. As previously reported the new RX will grow to include seven seats for the first time.
The XL RX, which has been spied in testing was a 'no show' after being tipped to debut at the Detroit show last month. Due on sale in Australia next year, it will be positioned further upstream of the new NX mid-size crossover in terms of size. |

Que puto aborto de coche, pero como es Lexus, FC será transigente.  El que diga que un GLE Coupe o un X6 es más feo que esto; que vaya a mirarse la vista o se preocupe por sus gustos. Y no hablo ya de X5, GLE, Cayenne, Range Rover Sport y SUV's normales... |

Me gusta el IS, el RC y a su manera el NX, pero a este le veo que le fallan cosas. Sobre todo, no sé de dónde se han sacado ese pilar C, creo que no pega en absoluto. También me resulta raro ese mini tercer volumen. |
